Assistant Administrator (closed)

    Job Description:


    • Assist with preparation of educational, training and evaluation material, and on ground implementation.
    • Assist with scheduling and classroom booking.
    • Assist with preparing course materials for each training module.
    • Work with the management committee to update the curriculum and plan special training events.
    • Work with instructors to review and update course materials and teacher guides.
    • Carry out field work and research in consultation with the administrator.

    Education:


    • Appropriate bachelor's degree. Masters is preferable.

    Experience:


    • Previous computer work experience (Microsoft Word, etc.)
    • Previous office experience (minimum 2 yrs)

Marketing Intern (closed)

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual who can collaborate in our marketing and advertising efforts. In this position the intern would develop, grow, and expand our marketing channels through social media outreach, newsletters, search engine optimization, print advertisements, and strategic planning.

    Intern Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Assist in creating signage, newspaper advertisements, mock-ups, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials
    • Analyze competitor marketing campaigns and digital content
    • Develop new social media campaigns in light of current and planned activities
    • Monitor social channels and respond to questions, concerns and feedback
    • Display event set ups in an aesthetically pleasing manner
    • Provide support to administration as needed

    Education:


    • Currently enrolled undergraduate student studying marketing or communications

    Experience:


    • Experience with marketing computer software, such as Microsoft Publisher and others

    Necessary qualifications and abilities:


    • Strong written and spoken communication skills
    • Data entry and computer skills
    • Strong work ethic
    • Knowledge of business social media practices and platforms
